IN THIS LESSON

So, what do you want to be known for offering? This may take more thought than it seems.

You already know a general idea for what you want to sell and offer. Now we have to put it to work.

Begin a list of all the possible items you want to sell. Think about any product expansions down the line. Make a giant over arching list. This will be used down the line when you're searching for those extra promos to run or specialty seasonal products. Divide all your items into categories and sub categories ie apparel with a breakdown for tops, bottoms, undergarments, or outerwear if necessary. Don't worry about it being perfect, we can organization for makes sense can be fine tuned later.

What price point and customer do you want to serve: discount, budget, moderate, contemporary, bridge, designer/luxury? You can be generic here; we will develop this more in project 7. Is your focus on accessibility or exclusivity? Consider if you want quality or quantity customers while keeping your total brand in mind as it will reflect that.
